Whole mushrooms, clean, with a black or light-coloured head, of homogeneous caliber. Frozen with IQF technique that doesn’t make the mushrooms get stuck together, they are packed completely natural, therefore without anti-microbial substances, additives or coadiuvants. It is recommended not to refreeze the product once defrozen, but to preserve it in the refrigerator and to consume it within 24 hours.
