Truffle is a product as much noble as fragile such as its existence is in endanger by many factors, first of all the environmental degradation. To preserve the natural environment of truffle means commit oneself to a wide action of preservation of a territory rich of typical product, local handicraft products, monuments, traditions. Truffle choose to born in specific grounds, and not in others, where it can find a perfect balance insomuch as only certain territory in Italy could handle/boast to give life to truffle: our territory is one of them. The Samoggia Valley is our territory and Savigno is its beating heart. The valley pervading the south-west of Bologna and it presents to the visitor with wide prairies alternate to woods, dispersed of country houses, bell towers and house-towers in a natural context still uncontaminated.
